Loyalty card builder

Build your loyalty card

Pick a mechanic, a reward, a color. The builder runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded. Download a print-ready card when you're done. Or open a template to start with pre-filled defaults.

Five-step loyalty card lifecycle from customer signup and purchases to rewards and repeat visits.

Card design tips

  • Reward math first. Aim for a reward cost of 6–10% of the customer's cumulative spend. Below 4% feels stingy; above 12% loses money.
  • Pick the mechanic to match your cadence. Stamps for high-frequency visits (days, not months). Points for varied ticket sizes or multi-SKU retail.
  • Keep the back simple. One stamp grid + reward description + optional QR. Don't crowd the back; it's where the staff's eye lands during stamping.
  • Logo tips. Square PNG with a transparent background works best. The builder pads a white plate behind your logo automatically.
  • Print specs. Standard 5:3 card ratio matches a US business-card trim (3.5 × 2 in). Print at 300dpi on card stock at least 300gsm. Matte laminate for wallet durability.
  • Run the numbers. Before you print 500 cards, plug your ticket size and reward cost into the loyalty ROI calculator and verify the program pays for itself.
